Sherwood Construction has two programs for buyers who have properties in need of rehabilitation. Investors can apply for our unique Renovation Partner Program for Investors where we pay the cost of the rehab segment of the investment. Or, if you are a home buyer who is purchasing a primary residence, we provide guidance and a complete submission packet to assist you (and your realtor/mortgage financing specialist) in expediting the FHA 203k Financing loan application to qualify for up to $35,000 in cash for fixing up your new home.
