Current Projects
73 Ocean, a fifty-one unit affordable housing project located in
Marathon, FL, two blocks from the Atlantic Ocean. There will be
two, three story buildings with elevators offering two, three, and
four bedroom, two bath units.
Cape Crossing waterfront, market rate units consisting of forty-seven
townhomes and a six story, thirty-five unit midrise. The project will include
a thirty-one slip marina and a 6,400 square foot restaurant. Construction
started in May 2015 with the estimated completion date being August 2016.
Vero Housing II, the purchase, rehabilitation and sale of sixty-one
distressed homes as affordable housing in Vero Beach, Florida. The
homes were purchased in 2013 and the project was completed in 2014.
Forty-eight of the homes were sold and thirteen were kept by the
owners of Sherwood Construction as investment rental properties
