203k Rehab Loans provide a wonderful opportunity for home buyers to select a less expensive property that needs renovation, and then be able to afford to customize every design/rehab element. There is no need to be intimidated by this process if you are working with a qualified contractor. Your mortgage pro can tell you more about the actual financing options and how these loans work in tandem with your primary home loan, but we have created an important guide for you to use in selecting the best contractor and setting yourself up for a positive experience. We primarily work with (3) types of residential rehab clients. This includes current homeowners who would like to 'fix up' or renovate their primary residence; investors who have purchased an investment property and need it renovated in preparation for sale or rental; and new home buyers looking specifically for a 203k contractor to complete their loan renovations.
